PRINCETON — The University of Illinois Extension, Bureau-LaSalle-Marshall-Putnam Unit, will hold its annual county Extension advisory group meetings Oct. 17, Oct. 24, and Nov. 7. The meetings will be held at respective Extension offices from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. with each meeting focusing on local issues of that county. There is no cost to attend these meetings, and refreshments will be provided.

The meetings will be held as follows: Bureau County Extension Advisory Group meeting at the Bureau County Extension office, 815 Thompson St., in Princeton, Oct. 17; LaSalle County Extension Advisory Group meeting at the LaSalle County Extension office; 1689 N. 31st Road, in Ottawa, Oct. 24; and the Marshall-Putnam Counties Extension Advisory Group meeting in the Marshall-Putnam Extension office, 509 Front St., Suite 4, in Henry, Nov. 7.

These meetings are an opportunity for Extension supporters, concerned citizens and the public to help unit staff identify community needs in the areas of youth development, family life, community and economic development and agriculture and natural resources. The information gathered will help staff plan unit programming for the coming year.
