City positions up for grabs

• Seatonville: The village clerk position, currently held by Pam Haslam, is open in the April election, as are three trustees positions currently held by Chad Errio, Luke Plym and Jack Brown.

• Sheffield: The position of mayor, currently held by Bill Rosenow, is open for election next spring, as are three trustee positions currently held by Adrienne Ries, Sue Bromme and Harley Barton.

• Spring Valley: The position of city mayor, currently held by Cliff Banks, is up for election in April, as are the positions of city clerk, currently held by Rebecca Hansen, and city treasurer, currently held by John “Jack” Boroski. Also open in the April election are the First Ward Alderman seat currently held by Michael Richetta, the Second Ward Alderman seat currently held by Charles Hansen, the Third Ward Alderman seat currently held by Walter Marini and the Fourth Ward Alderman seat currently held by Richard Fusinatto.

• Tiskilwa: The position of village mayor, currently held by Charles Randy Philhower, is open for election in April, as well as the position of village clerk, currently held by Kathryn Gorman. Also, three trustees positions are open, with those positions currently held by Steve McKenney and Dan Acker, with an unfilled seat.

• Walnut: The village president position, currently held by Robert Brasen, will be open, as are three open trustee seats, currently held by Everett Lee Sarver, Lori Wilkinson and Dennis Grobe.

• Wyanet: The positions of village president and five trustee positions will be open for the April election. Those positions are currently held by village president Bruce Hand and trustees Marilyn Johnson, Kim Rich, Tom Odell, Joe Law and John Swarczewski.
