Bureau Valley School Board

MANLIUS — The Bureau Valley School Board approved the 2013 District Budget at its September meeting:

At a public hearing before the meeting, interim Superintendent Dennis Thompson said the budget reflects a slightly decreased assessed valuation for the district, resulting in about 1.5 percent less in operating funds than the previous year.

Board member Kent Siltman said the district is down about $1.5 million in revenue from the state for the last three years.
