“He’s the guy we keyed on all week,” Snow said. “He’s tough and quick. We did a pretty good job on him, but he worked hard for his yards.”

After the Piccatto touchdown, Newman was forced to punt after three plays, which set up the Schaab touchdown.

Newman capitalized on the turnover driving quickly past midfield before Brian Bahrs scored from 35 yards out to put the Comets up by two touchdowns going into half.

After half, Snow put the game away with 49-yard touchdown run where he eluded two would-be tacklers in the open field.

“Coach said I took out two guys with one stiff arm,” Snow said. “That was pretty cool. It was big because we weren’t happy with how we played in the first half. “

Snow finished with 99 yards and two touchdowns. Bahrs, Nick Rude and Jermaine Jones added touchdown runs in the second half.

Newman had 374 rushing yards compared to 77 for Hall.
