Spring Valley Police

A vehicle belonging to Jaquelyn Katrein, 21, of Spring Valley was struck by an older black, rusty, pickup truck near the alley between Greenwood and Fourth streets at 5:56 p.m. Oct. 9. The driver of the truck stopped and said he would return after taking his passenger home. He never returned to the scene.
