Princeton (0-7, 0-6) at Hamilton West Hancock (1-6, 0-6)

Gametime: 7:30 p.m. Friday at Warsaw.

BCR insider: The Tigers will make their last trip in the West Central Conference and hope to make it a successful adventure. They will bring with them high optimism after battling undefeated Macomb to a 7-0 halftime score game last week before falling 20-0. They will face a West Hancock team having similar struggles this year in the win column. The Titans beat Mexico Military Academy 53-8 in it season opener, but have dropped their last six games, though only two games by more than 15 points and three by seven points or less. West Hancock went 0-9 in 2011. The teams did not meet in cross-over play last year, doing so now for the first time in conference play.

Last week: PHS lost to Macomb 20-0; West Hancock lost to Pittsfield 48-36.

Last year: Did not play.

All-time series: First meeting.

Kewanee (1-6, 1-6) at Hall (0-7, 0-7)

Gametime: 7:30 p.m. Friday at Nesti Stadium.

BCR insider: The Red Devils and Boilermakers renew acquaintances after ending their NCIC rivalry when Kewanee departed for the Big Rivers in 2010. Hall joined the conference this year. That old flame could help light a fire under the Red Devils that has been missing as they continue to search for their first win. Hall started out 0-8 in 2011 before defeating Eureka in its season finale. … Hall won the team’s last meeting in 2009 42-6.

Last week: Kewanee lost to E/P 4-10, Hall lost to Newman 49-14.

Last year: Did not play.

All-time series: Hall 20-9 since 1981.

Riverdale (0-7, 0-7) at St. Bede (5-2, 5-2)

Gametime: 7 p.m. Friday.

BCR insider: The Bruins became playoff eligible with last week’s win at Amboy, now they want to win out to cement their postseason bid with a higher seed. The Bruins will face a Riverdale team that looks for its first win after making the playoffs a year ago, including a convincing 41-8 win over the Academy’s 1A quarterfinalists. The Rams played Amboy to a one-point loss in the season opener and E/P to a 7-point loss in Week 3, and have been going downhill since. Senior Night activities will begin at 6 p.m.

Last week: Riverdale lost to Morrison 25-6; SBA beat Amboy 20-14.

Last year: Riverdale 42-8.

All-time series: St. Bede 6-4.
