Carol Bachio displays another tray of cookies the ladies of St. George Orthodox Church in Spring Valley are preparing for their annual fall bake sale. The sale features Lebanese and Greek heritage favorites including baklava, date and nut cookies, spinach and meat pies, breads and much more. The sale will be held from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at the church, located at 211 E. Minnesota St.
