Tigresses bow out sectional

The Princeton girls golf team was unable to qualify any golfers from the Lincoln Sectional at the Lincoln Elks Golf Course Monday. PHS placed 12th among the 12 teams competing with a team total 491.

Top finishers for the Tigresses were sophomore Sophia Suarez (80th, 117) and freshman Arraia Hicks (87th, 121). Also on the PHS scorecard were freshman Audra Reidner (125), Julie Miller (128) and Sarah Crowe (148).

Although they didn’t post their best scores, PHS first-year coach Will Gross said his young squad will benefit from the experience.
