Pastors Ron and Bonnie Townsley receive a surprise welcome on Tuesday evening when they enter their church, the United Pentecostal Church of Princeton, and find more than 700 balloons, a red carpet and numerous cards in honor of Clergy Appreciation Month. Organizing the surprise were Terry and Sheryl Harris and their daughters Rachel and Sarah. In honor of Clergy Appreciation Month, the Townsleys said another church family is sending daily email cards to them. The entire church family has been so kind to them, not just in October but throughout the year, the couple said. The Townsleys have pastored the Princeton church for 15 years.
