Ladies Night Out set for Thursday

DIXON — Sauk Valley Media and the Brandywine Banquet and Conference Center will hold a 2012 Ladies Night Out event for women of all ages from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Brandywine Banquet and Conference Center in between Dixon and Sterling on Route 2.

There will be merchant displays from businesses throughout the Sauk Valley area and beyond. These vendors specialize in fashion, food, accessories, beauty, crafts, photography, and health care. Plus attendees have the opportunity to receive several free samples, enjoy free hors d’oeuvres and all attendees will be entered for door prize drawings.

Sauk Valley Media’s very own Grace Whitten will be putting on a cooking demonstration during the evening.

Ladies Night Out tickets are $5 and can be purchased at Sauk Valley Media in Sterling or the Telegraph in Dixon, and are available at the door that night. For more information, call Ed Bushman at 815-625-3600, ext. 681, or 815-284-2224.
