Ohio sweeps Malden Tournament

MALDEN — Ohio went 3-0 to take top honors in the annual Malden Invitational basketball tournament Thursday night.

The Bulldogs defeated LaMoille 23-12 to wrap up their tournament prize. Neponset (2-1) claimed second place with a 39-10 win over the host Musketeers. LaMoille (1-2) took third and Malden (0-3) finished fourth.

All-American Basketball team honors went to Roberto Ruiz of Neponset, Noah Jilderda and Nathan Bousum of Ohio, Dominic Moore and Chase Billhorn of LaMoille.
