Spring Valley Police

Disorderly conduct

Michael W. Lemmer, 24, of Princeton was charged with disorderly conduct in the 200 block of East Third Street at 3:20 p.m. Oct. 19. Lemmer was also arrested on a LaSalle County warrant for contempt of court.

Warrant arrest

Tammy M. Lupo, 18, of Spring Valley was arrested on a Bureau County warrant for failure to appear on a criminal damage to property charge, and on a Stark County warrant for failure to appear on a probation violation charge at 10:54 a.m. Oct. 19.

Ordinance violation

Jeremy P. Cooley, 24, of Spring Valley was charged with violating a city ordinance - improper storage of garbage in the 100 block of Elm Street at 5 p.m. Oct. 20.


A vehicle owned by Randall P. Townsend of Spring Valley was struck by an unknown vehicle in the 300 block of North Power Street sometime on Oct. 20.

Hilda J. Avila, 21, of Spring Valley and Maria L. Bahena, 57, of Spring Valley were involved in an accident in the 100 block of West Third Street at 2:34 p.m. Oct. 20.

Rose E. Helmer, 75, of DePue and Linda Mercier, 67, of Spring Valley were involved in an accident near the intersection of Dakota and Greenwood streets at 3:12 p.m. Oct. 19.
