Jennifer M. Terry, 26, of DePue was charged with unlawfully permitting a minor to become intoxicated and resisting/obstructing a peace officer at 8:30 p.m. Saturday in the 1100 block of Marquette Street. Travis M. Seibach, 18, of DePue and a 17-year-old DePue male were both charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.
