PRINCETON — The Princeton-Illinois chapter of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution will meet at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the Prouty Building in Princeton.
This will be a coffee time/pinata party celebrating DAR chapter juniors, prospective juniors, former junior members and the 50 years of the chapter Outstanding Juniors contest. All attending are asked to donate items for the food pantry community service activity. Diabetic items are needed.
D. Darlene Schoepski, Caledonia, DAR District II director, will present the program, “Membership Alive and Thriving.” Hostesses for the day are Elizabeth Hauger (chair), Rachel Starkey, Barbara Eichenseer and Brittany Day.
