Knitting their way to warmth

Joyce Coppejans (from left), Lilly Olson and Debbie Lindberg admire some of the knitted and crocheted items completed by them and their friends, Cindy Varland, Anne Dickenson and Donna Brown (not shown), for the community “Stuff The Store Front” winter garments collection co-sponsored by ServiceMaster Restoration and Kramer’s Kitchen. The women often work together on their projects at the Bureau County Senior Center in Princeton, with Varland coming up with the idea to make items for the “Stuff The Store Front” collection, which is being displayed at Kramer’s Kitchen. Collected items will benefit families at the Tri-Counties Opportunity Council Food Pantry on North Main Street in Princeton.
