Michael A. Edgcomb, 40, of LaSalle and Nicholas J. Magana, 34, of Spring Valley were involved in an accident at the intersection of St. Paul and Hennessey streets at 5:14 p.m. Oct. 30. Edgcomb was charged with failure to yield.
