PRINCETON — The Princeton Moose Lodge will host bingo Saturday and Sunday at the Moose Lodge. On Saturday, doors will open at 5:30 p.m. and bingo will begin at 7 p.m. On Sunday, doors will open at 12:30 p.m. and bingo will start at 2 p.m. Food, desserts and beverages will be available. The public is invited.
PRINCETON — MOPS will hold a taco night fundraiser from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday in the Evangelical Covenant Church vestry. Carry-outs are available by calling the church at 815-875-2123. Free will donations will be accepted.
PRINCETON — The Princeton Veterans Group will hold a pancake breakfast from 7 a.m. to noon Sunday at the American Legion Building, 1549 W. Peru St. in Princeton. Tickets, which are $6 for adults and $3 for ages 4-12, are available from any veteran member of the American Legion Post 125, VFW Post 4323, AMVETS Post 180 and at the door. Active duty military and first responders in uniform will be admitted free to the breakfast. This is a major fundraiser for the group.
WYANET — The Wyanet Historical Society will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday at the historical hall. The group will finalize plans for the chili-chicken noodle soup supper to be held on Friday.
TISKILWA — A holiday potpourri will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday at the Cotter residence, 9137 1725 East St., Tiskilwa. Numerous hand-crafted decorative items, greeting cards, wreaths, ornaments, Christmas items, purses, aprons, baby items and miscellaneous sewn items will be for sale. Free coffee and cookies will be available.

PRINCETON — The Princeton Red Hats will celebrate Thanksgiving at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Princeton Elks Lodge. Members are reminded to bring their favorite dish.
PRINCETON — The St. Louis Catholic Church and Evangelical Covenant Church in Princeton will co-sponsor a free Thanksgiving dinner from noon to 1:30 p.m. Nov. 22. Reservations are needed by Monday by calling 815-875-2124. Carry-outs and deliveries, as well as transportation, will be available.
WYANET — The Wyanet Historical Society will hold its third annual chili and soup supper from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at the historical hall on the corner of Maple and Second streets. The menu will be chili and homemade chicken noodle soup, crackers, relishes, beverages and desserts. Tickets are available at the door for $7 for adults, $5 for ages 6 to 12. The museum will be open for tours.
