Support group

PRINCETON — Bureau Valley Volunteer Hospice will host its monthly grief and loss support group at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel at Perry Memorial Hospital in Princeton. Anyone that has lost a loved one is invited to attend.

Cookie walk

PRINCETON — St. Louis CCW will hold its annual cookie walk from 5 to 7 p.m. Dec. 1 and from 8:30 a.m. to noon Dec. 2 in Harkrader Hall, Princeton. Along with fellowship each day, wine and appetizers will be available on Saturday, and coffee, juice and doughnuts will be available on Sunday.

Craft, bake sale

PRINCETON — Christ Community Church, 1719 S. Euclid Ave., Princeton, will host its second annual craft and bake sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 1. The event will feature many handmade items and a variety of vendors. Coffee, hot chocolate and soft drinks, as well as lunch items, will be available for shoppers to purchase. Used book sale

PRINCETON — Friends of the Princeton Library will hold a used book sale from 2 to 8 p.m. Nov. 29 at the library, 698 E. Peru St. in Princeton. The complete inventory of books will be on sale at low prices.

Upcoming blood drives

PRINCETON — The city of Princeton will host a community blood drive from noon to 5 p.m. Dec. 5 at the city hall, 2 S. Main St. To donate, contact Peggy Carr at 815-875-2631. Perry Memorial Hospital will host a community blood drive from 1:30 to 6:30 p.m. Dec. 6 in the fourth floor multi-purpose room at the hospital, 530 Park Ave. East.
