Ladd CIA helps provide new park shelter

Members of the Ladd CIA and village board are pleased with the new shelter at Kennedy Park. CIA members donated $15,000 toward the cost of tearing down and replacing the rusted old shelter, which was built sometime about 1970. Pictured (from left) are Audrey Thompson, Trustee Mike Urbanowski, Rita Martinkus, Barb Lunn and Village President Mike Grivetti. The CIA is currently raising more money to improve the welcome sign at the park. Also helping with the shelter were Phalen Steel, Barry Flanagan and Valley Fabrication.
