Old fashioned service

PRINCETON — Special activities, including wearing old-fashioned clothing and a program to honor veterans, will highlight Sunday’s service at the Princeton United Pentecostal Church.

Church members and guests are invited to participate in “Old-fashioned Sunday” by wearing clothing representative of the early 20th century time period (or before). For example, men may wear bib overalls and straw hats or suits and top hats or fedoras, and women may wear long skirts, bonnets and shawls. Prizes will be given for the best outfits.

During the morning service at 10 a.m., the Sunday school department will present a special program honoring veterans.
