Spring Valley Police

Criminal damage to property

Jessie S. Tyre, 25, of Spring Valley was charged with criminal damage to property after he allegedly burned a photo album of another person in the 200 block of West St. Paul Street at 12:25 p.m. Nov. 4.

Domestic battery

Lane E. Toberman, 48, of Spring Valley was charged with domestic battery following an altercation at his residence in the 400 block of West Devlin Street at 10:41 a.m. Oct. 31.

Accidents

A 17-year-old male of Spring Valley and Mary L. Janusic, 45, of Spring Valley were involved in an accident on St. Bede Lane at 3:02 p.m. Nov. 2.

Cora L. Parker, 30, of Spring Valley and Elizabeth Karina Aldana, 20, of Spring Valley were involved in an accident at the alley in the 100 block of West St. Paul Street, 50 feet west of Spaudling Street at 8:51 a.m. Nov. 5. Parker was charged with operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Hit and run

A vehicle driven by Juan A. Vera, 19, of Spring Valley was struck by a vehicle that left the scene at the intersection of Dalzell Road and Route 6 at 4:44 p.m. Nov. 2.
