CHILLICOTHE — Princeton resident Diana Smith was recognized by her employer, Mediacom Communications, as its national “Retention Agent of the Year.”
The recognition is one of 28 gold level awards earned by employees, nationwide, who serve in a range of customer service positions for the cable television and broadband communications company.
Smith works as a senior customer sales and service associate for Mediacom’s national sales and retention center located in Chillicothe. The company’s founder and CEO, Rocco Commisso, made a personal visit to congratulate Smith and four of her colleagues who also earned national awards announced during a celebration of Customer Service Week. Smith was cited for consistent delivery of excellent customer service.
