Article:	Honesty and RICL Rock Island Clean Line has an honesty problem. This powerline desiring to transverse Northern Illinois claims big savings, but RICL refuses to say how much this energy will cost. They claim the wire for this powerline will be “supplied” by Southwire, an Illinois company. “Supplied” is a very interesting and ambiguous word. Walmart “supplies” a lot of stuff that is actually imported from overseas. Where is this wire actually being manufactured?
