Miranda pleads guilty to felonies
PRINCETON — Eric Miranda, 35, of Princeton has entered an open plea of guilty to the Class 4 felony of resisting a peace officer and to the Class 4 felony of deceptive practices.
Miranda entered his guilty pleas on Nov. 8 before Associate Circuit Judge C.J. Hollerich. The judge ordered the probation department to conduct a pre-sentence investigation and set a sentencing hearing for 9:30 a.m. Nov. 27.
Miranda was represented in court by Dixon attorney Al Henry Williams. Prosecuting the case was Bureau County State’s Attorney Patrick Herrmann.
