Bradford students take part in festival

Todd Reay, an eighth-grade chorus student from Bradford Junior High School, participated in the Illinois Music Educators Association District II Music Festival for Junior High Band and Chorus on Nov. 10 at Augustana College.

Several Bradford Junior High School students (above) participated in the District II IMEA JEM Festival Nov. 3 at Dunlap. They include (front row, from left) Chase Stahl, Caleb Mooney, Jessica Wright, McKenna Birkett and Cheyanne Bennett; and (back row) Faith Moody, Katelyn Unger, Maggie Rouse, Maile Abella and Natalie Murphy. The festival was an opportunity for students to sing with the finest music students in the district and work with very talented guest conductors. Students were chosen by director nomination for the JEM chorus.
