Crossroads High School in 5K race

For the third year in a row, Crossroads High School in Tiskilwa participated in the Hawk Hustle race sponsored by Black Hawk College Foundation. The 5K race took students up and down hills around the Moline campus of Black Hawk College. All CHS students trained for the race. Participating in the event were (front row, from left) teachers Elizabeth Jones and Yasi Bouwman; (second row) Elizabeth Henrikson, Elisabeth Porter, Ericka Gillespie and Clayton Brown; and (back row) Stephen Scott, Jeffrey Scott, graduate Michael Horst, Braden Mallery, Reuben Horst and Thomas Cook.
