Hardin enters guilty plea

PRINCETON —Timothy M. Hardin, 27, formerly of Mineral, has entered a guilty plea to the Class 3 felony of a sex offender registration violation.

Hardin entered his guilty on Nov. 21 before Associate Circuit Judge C.J. Hollerich in Bureau County Court. The judge ordered the probation department to conduct a pre-sentence investigation and set a sentencing hearing for 2 p.m. Jan. 15, 2013.

Hardin was represented in court by Public Defender Michael Henneberry. Prosecuting the case was State’s Attorney Patrick Herrmann.
