Lions host a Day of Christmas for Kids

PRINCETON — Princeton Lions Club will host a Day of Christmas for Kids beginning with a breakfast with Santa from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the Bureau County Senior Center, 16 W. Marion St., sponsored by Princeton Chamber Ambassadors.

A cookie decorating event, sponsored by the Princeton Optimist Club, will be from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at the Clark House, 500 S. Main St.

A Christmas movie, “Polar Express,” will be shown at 10:30 a.m. at the Apollo Theater, 455 S. Main St. The movie, sponsored by the theater, is free. Theater-goers are asked to bring a toy for the United Way Toy Drive, if possible.
