No new charges filed against Luecke

PRINCETON — The investigation continues into other possible charges against Ryan Luecke, 30, of Peru who was charged last week with one count of the Class 2 felony of aggravated criminal sexual abuse.

On Monday, Bureau County State’s Attorney Patrick Herrmann said the Princeton Police Department and the Department of Children and Family Services are continuing their investigation into Luecke. At this time, no additional charges have been filed. The case against Luecke is expected to go before a Bureau County grand jury on Dec. 11. If indicted by the grand jury, the case will be set for arraignment, at which time Luecke would enter a guilty or not guilty plea.

Luecke is the recreation coordinator for the Bureau County Metro Center. He is accused of allegedly having a sexual contact with a male juvenile during the summer of 2012 during summer camp at the Metro Center. The sexual act involved fondling over clothing.
