Waites: Jordan Waites and Whitney Cole of Wyanet are the parents of twins, Terrance Joseph and Mya Nicole, born Nov. 20 at St. Margaret’s Hospital in Spring Valley. Terrance weighed 7 pounds, 2 ounces, and measured 18 inches in length. Mya weighed 7 pounds, 2 ounces, and measured 18 1/2 inches in length.
