Council seats up for grabs

PRINCETON — Four Princeton residents have thrown their hats in the ring for two open seats on the Princeton City Council.

The two commissioner seats will be filled at the April 9, 2013, consolidated election. The two open commissioner seats are currently held by Terry Madsen and Bob Warren. The filing period for candidates ended at 5 p.m. Monday.

On Tuesday, Deputy Clerk Peggy Carr said Madsen, Warren, Paul Breseman and Raymond M. Mabry have all filed their candidate packets for next spring’s election. A total of seven candidate packets were taken out, but only four packets were returned.
