Special service
NEPONSET — The First Congregational Church in Neponset will offer a special “Longest Night” service at 6 p.m. Dec. 9.
The public is invited to join them in sharing and hearing prayers, scripture and music that acknowledge that God’s presence is for those who mourn and for those who struggle. The short service will be followed by a brief time for light refreshments and fellowship.
The church is located at 107 W. Main St.
