PCA students will present play

PRINCETON — Princeton Christian Academy students will present their Christmas program, “The Secret of Snowflake County,” at 7 p.m. Friday in the Princeton Bible Church auditorium.

This Christmas play, created by Christy Semsen, is a zany play set in a town where the residents are competing to see who can put together the most extravagant Christmas production.

Some of the wacky entries include line-dancing angels and tap-dancing wise men. Mayor Halmark, played by Grace Wolbrecht, a PCA eighth grader, struggles to find the biggest and best way to celebrate Christmas. It happens that her young daughter, played by seventh-grader Claudette Rosario, has not forgotten that hope came in a humble stall. She reminds us all that Christmas is not the production, but the promise of a Savior.
