DEPUE — Delmi Valle, the daughter of Ana Sibrian and Oscar Valle, has been named the 2012-13 Depue High School DAR Good Citizen award winner by the Princeton Chapter of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution.

Valle was selected by the faculty and the senior class on the basis of her dependability, service, leadership and patriotism. She has been on the honor roll all four years of high school and was inducted into the National Honor Society as a junior. Valle plans to attend the LaSalle Educators of Beauty upon graduation.

The Princeton-Illinois Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution sponsors the Good Citizenship Program for all schools in Bureau County.
