Auditions announced for PHS’ spring musical

PRINCETON — Princeton High School musical directors Joy Schertz, Brandon Crawford and Aaron Kaufmann announce the spring musical, “The Wizard of Oz.”

Kaufmann, a PHS graduate and a recent music education graduate at Goshen College, is returning to be the artistic director of the musical. Schertz will be the musical director, Crawford will direct the orchestra and Lindsay Philhower of Main Street Dance will be the show’s choreographer. Musical dates are 7 p.m. March 15 and 16 in the Sally Skinner Council Auditorium at Princeton High School.

PHS students will audition Jan. 7, 8 and 9 and special Munchkin auditions for third through fifth graders attending area PHS feeder schools will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Jan. 19 at PHS. Munchkin audition packets may be picked up from the main office at Princeton High School or at Main Street Dance Academy. Audition information forms and waivers must accompany any child wishing to audition on the Jan. 19.
