Ethel Anderson

PRINCETON — Ethel M. Anderson, 94, of Princeton passed away on Saturday, Dec 8, 2012, at Colonial Rehab and Nursing Center.

She was born on May 7, 1918, in LaMoille Township to George and Mabel (Hansen) Grady. She graduated from LaMoille High School in 1937. She married Frank Anderson Dec. 1, 1966. He preceded her in death on May 19, 1985.

She worked at Perry Memorial Hospital as a CNA and enjoyed gardening, quilting and garage sales.

She is survived by one stepdaughter, Janet Armstrong of Florida; one sister-in-law, Frieda Grady of Princeton and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Frank; one stepson, Neil Anderson; one sister. Dorothy Sondgeroth; three brothers; Robert Grady, Donald Grady, Gene Grady and one nephew, Chris Grady.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Norberg Memorial Home. Chaplin Terry Ann Dumyahn will officiate. Burial will follow in the Oakland Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Norberg Memorial Home.

Memorials may be directed to Colonial Hall Activity Department.
