Guilty plea to unlawful credit card use
PRINCETON — A Spring Valley woman has entered a guilty plea in Bureau County Court to the Class 4 felony of unlawful possession of mislaid credit card.
Amie M. Russell, 26, entered her guilty plea on Dec. 3 before Circuit Judge Marc Bernabei. The judge ordered the probation department to conduct a pre-sentence investigation and set a sentencing hearing for 9 a.m. Jan. 30, 2013.
Russell was represented in court by Public Defender Michael Henneberry. Prosecuting the case was First Assistant State's Attorney Anthony Sciuto.
