Princeton Bible Church choir to present musical on Sunday

PRINCETON — The Princeton Bible Church adult choir will present a new Christmas musical, “The Christmas Song” by Bradley Knight at the 10:15 a.m. service on Sunday and again at 7 p.m.

The musical presents the Christmas story of the birth of Christ through a talented cast of actors and a 20-voice choir set against a backdrop of realistic scenery.

Mary is played by Christina Eggers and her infant son, Levi Matthew Eggers, will play Baby Jesus. The parts of Joseph will be played by Tim Glass; King Herod by Rob Jensen; Shem the shepherd by Thomas Cook; the magi by Roger Butterfield, Brennen Dziadon and Dale Cook; the innkeeper by Jerry King; Ruth, Mary’s friend, by Katie McCoy; the angel by Cheryl Thierry; and the Roman officer by Matthew Butler. Soloists include most of the actors as well as Tom Odell, Debbie Routt, and Sarah Bombliss.
