Driving under the influence

Kelly A. Anderson, 31, of Ladd was charged with driving under the influence and disorderly conduct in the 100 block of West Iowa Street at 3:38 p.m. Dec. 2.

Public intoxication

Tammy L. Lucas, 47, of Spring Valley was charged with public intoxication in the 100 block of West Iowa Street at 3:38 p.m. Dec. 2.

Criminal trespass

Kenneth Hancock, 54, of Spring Valley was charged with criminal trespass to a residence in the 100 block of East Iowa Street at 2:59 p.m. Dec. 8.

Warrant arrest

Marissa S. Roberts, 22, of Spring Valley was arrested on a Bureau County warrant for failure to appear on a charge of no valid driver’s license in the 200 block of West Cleveland Street at 3:42 p.m. Dec. 10.

Accidents

Kyle Barkley, 16, of Princeton and Randy Martinaitis, 40, of Spring Valley were involved in an accident at the intersection of West Dakota Street and John Mitchell Avenue at 7:42 a.m. Dec. 10. Barkley was charged with failure to yield.

Jordan R. Rhodes, 25, of Streator and Shawn M. Jeppson, 32, of Spring Valley were involved in an accident in Casey’s parking lot on West Dakota Street at 9:22 a.m. Dec. 9.

A 17-year-old female juvenile of Princeton and Elizabeth Tuginetti, 49, of Peru were involved in an accident at the intersection of the Peru-Princeton Road and Routes 6 and 89 at 1:24 p.m. Dec. 9. The juvenile was charged with driving too fast for conditions.
