Article:	Secretary of State offices close for holiday Illinois Secretary of State Jesse White announced all offices and driver services facilities will be closed Dec. 24 and 25 in observance of the Christmas holiday. Driver services facilities that are usually open Tuesday through Saturday will be closed Dec. 22 and 25. All driver services facilities, including those that are normally open Tuesday through Saturday, will reopen for regular business on Dec. 26.
