Article:	SV City Clerk to accept candidate petitions SPRING VALLEY — Spring Valley City Clerk and election official Rebecca Hansen has announced the city clerk’s office, 215 N. Greenwood St., will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday beginning Monday through Dec. 21 and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Dec. 26 for the purpose of accepting candidate petitions for the consolidated election on April 9.
