Kendra A. Schutt, 24, of Naperville was involved in a single-vehicle accident at 3:49 a.m. Dec. 15 on Route 89, at the intersection of 1900 North Avenue in Cherry. She was charged with leaving the scene of an accident and failure to give information after striking an unattended vehicle or other property.

Donald W. Verbout, 28, of Neponset was involved in a single-vehicle accident at 3:56 a.m. Dec. 16 on 225 East Street, one-fourth mile north of 1210 North Avenue in Neponset Township. He was charged with leaving the scene of an accident and failure to report an accident to authorities.
