Accidents

Kendra A. Schutt, 24, of Naperville was involved in a single-vehicle accident at 3:49 a.m. Dec. 15 on Route 89, at the intersection of 1900 North Avenue in Cherry. She was charged with leaving the scene of an accident and failure to give information after striking an unattended vehicle or other property.

Donald W. Verbout, 28, of Neponset was involved in a single-vehicle accident at 3:56 a.m. Dec. 16 on 225 East Street, one-fourth mile north of 1210 North Avenue in Neponset Township. He was charged with leaving the scene of an accident and failure to report an accident to authorities.

Carl W. Burcham, 69, of Princeton was involved in a single-vehicle accident at 10:41 a.m. Dec. 11 while traveling on 1325 North Avenue, one and one-half miles west of 1995 East Street in Princeton Township.

Frederick O. Grant, 68, of Walnut and Brenda S. Moore, 47, of Walnut were involved in an accident at 10:09 a.m. Dec.15 on North Street, about 100 feet west of Main Street in Walnut.

James A. O'Donnell, 49, of Mapleton was involved in a single-vehicle accident at 8:25 p.m. Dec. 15 while traveling on Interstate 180, at the Kentville Road intersection in Arispie Township.

Deer accidents

Jacob N. Brumley, 23, of LaSalle was traveling at 10:01 p.m. Dec. 14 on Route 6, one-tenth mile east of 2965 East Street in Selby Township, when his vehicle hit a deer.
