Carolyn Sullivan joins Peru Primary Care Clinic
PERU — A nurse practitioner who specializes in treating children has joined the staff of the Peru Primary Care Clinic, a part of the Illinois Valley Community Hospital Medical Group.
Carolyn Sullivan, CPNP-AC, joins Dr. Mark Fernandez and Dr. Michelle Vasquez in receiving patients in the clinic’s office in the lower level of IVCH Medical Office Building B across West Street from the hospital.
Before coming to IVCH, Sullivan worked as a perinatal cardiology and pediatric cardiology nurse practitioner at Advocate Christ Medical Center and Hope Children’s Hospital in Oak Lawn. She had previous experience as a sedation team registration nurse at Lurie Children’s Hospital in Chicago and as a trauma/surgical registered nurse for the Loyola University Health System in Maywood.
