Danny Cain

TOLLESON, Ariz. — Danny Cain, 65, of Tolleson, Ariz., formerly of Princeton, passed away Saturday, Dec. 15, 2012, at the Banner Hospice Center in Peoria, Ariz.

He was born Dec. 1, 1947, in Princeton to Leo and Della (Kaiser) Cain. He married Kathleen Losey in 1969 at the Seatonville Congregational Church in Seatonville. She survives.

He attended schools in Bureau, Ohio and LaMoille. He obtained a certificate in baking at Cerrito's College in Norwalk, Calif. Danny was never at a loss for words and could talk to anyone. He always put people at ease, making them laugh or smile. He was a life-long fan of Johnny Cash. He loved Jesus, his family and his church. He adored his grandchildren.

He is also survived by his daughters, Lenora (Christopher) Carey of Oglesby and Heather (Gabriel) Carrera of Phoenix, Ariz.; his brother, Keith (Julia) Cain of Princeton; one stepbrother, Jay Querciagrossa of Oglesby; two stepsisters, Mary Jo (Patrick) Barry of Peru and Susan Kaye (Jim) Knoblauch of Oglesby; six grandchildren; one aunt; one uncle; several nieces and nephews; and three grandchildren Danny adopted while living in California.
