PRINCETON — Today, Thursday, a Christmas after-school craft day will be held at the Princeton Public Library from 3:30 to 5 p.m. At 6:30 p.m., the Dinner Table Program will feature a cookie exchange. Bring a dozen/take a dozen of your favorite holiday cookies or treats and share a story about them, be it a favorite memory or how they are part of your family heritage.

The library will be closed Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for Christmas break.

On Dec. 27, a Christmas after-school Craft Day will be held from 3:30 to 5 p.m. At 6:30 p.m., a Dinner Table Program — Dressing the Table: Setting the table for the holidays in three different eras, from 19th century formality, to mid-century modern, to today’s contemporary look. Flowers by Julia and Hoffman’s Patterns of the Past will describe how the fashion reflects the life and times of each.
