Lady Bruins can’t hang on at Rock Falls

ROCK FALLS – With her team trailing by five points early in the third quarter Tuesday night, Morgan Mammosser decided enough was enough.

Over the next 5 1/2 minutes, the Rock Falls senior guard provided the boost the Rockets needed to pull out a nonconference win, 44-36 over St. Bede at Tabor Gym.

Mammosser’s 14 points, four rebounds and three assists were all team highs, and Rock Falls pulled away with a late run.
