PEORIA — Four area students were members of the Dec. 16 graduation ceremonies at Methodist College.

Receiving degrees were Emily Barry of Buda, magna cum laude; Abigail Buysse of Wyanet; Ashley Klein of Henry; and Rachel Hix of Manlius, suma cum laude.

Ceremonies were held at Five Points in Washington. Keynote speaker for the event was Meghen Lundeen with Global Information Services Communications, Caterpillar, Inc. and a member of the Methodist College Board. The invocation was given by the Rev. Eric Swanson of the First United Methodist Church of Peoria. Abigail Ault, class of 2011, was the featured alumni speaker.
