First Presbyterian makes community donations

Russ Naaktgeboren (left), evangelism and mission chairman for the First Presbyterian Church of Princeton, presents a $500 check to Wyanet Food Pantry Director Kathy Crayne for additional supplies for the food pantry. The First Presbyterian Church group distributed $2,000 equally between the food pantries in Spring Valley, Princeton, Sheffield and Wyanet. The church also gave $500 to the Tri-County Opportunities Council to help people with rent or heat needs; $500 to a special needs adult program to buy new tires for a van; $300 to the Bureau County Young Life program; $250 to the Bureau County United Way; $500 to the Princeton Ministerial Association to help individuals and families in need; and $500 to Aaron and Brittany Teske for medical needs for their daughter, Lilly.
