Article:	SV lottery set for Wednesday SPRING VALLEY — Becky Hansen, Spring Valley City Clerk and local election official, has announced she will conduct a lottery to determine ballot positions for mayor, second ward, third ward and fourth ward alderman for the April 9 consolidated election at 9 a.m. Wednesday in her office at 215 N. Greenwood St., Spring Valley. The lottery is open to the public.
