DePue woman gives birth to New Year's baby at IVCH
Pedro Sandoval and Rosa Morales of DePue hold their daughter, Nathaly, who was the first baby to be born in 2013 at Illinois Valley Community Hospital.
Nathaly Guadalupe Sandoval weighed 6 pounds and was 19 1/2-inches long. She arrived at 9:09 a.m. Tuesday.
